As a HR Business Partner, you’ll work side-by-side with senior leaders in Twilio’s engineering org to craft bold talent strategies and workforce plans that sharpen skills, evolve ways-of-working, and fuel a culture built to deliver world-class CPaaS products. Reporting to the HRBP lead for the Chief Product Officer, you’ll be a key force on a high-impact HR team that drives organisation success across global Engineering, Product, and R&D.

The Leadership Corporate Developer cultivates leadership capabilities, fosters a culture of continuous learning, and drives performance through impactful training initiatives by delivering leadership training classes and workshops to team members from entry level to senior executive. Responsibilities include developing new training program designs, and enhancing existing programs, including lesson plans and training aids.
